Agriculture, agribusiness, animal health and nutrition and related life sciences are major economic drivers in our local economy. National policies should encourage growth in these important industries.
Position: The Chamber supports the branding of St. Joseph as the home of the Animal Health Corridor and supports expanding all markets to our animal health and nutrition products. The Chamber also supports efforts to expand our agricultural, agribusiness and biotechnology markets in a global economy.
